Cheryl Conaway is an Audio Technician at American Ear Hearing and Audiology. Cheryl was born and raised in Zanesville, Ohio. Cheryl began working for American Ear in 2007 as a receptionist. The position of PCS was available once American Ear became a part of Audibel in 2001. Cheryl is dedicated to helping patients any way she can and wanted a more patient care related position as Audio technician and loves that role. Cheryl is grateful for the opportunity to be a part of saving hearing lives. The best part is seeing the patient’s reaction once they can hear. Cheryl believes its life changing for the patient and she is thankful to be a part of it. Outside of saving hearing lives Cheryl enjoys spending time with her husband, Bill and son, Chance and his finance Briana. Cheryl enjoys hosting friends and family by the pool in the summer and hosting Ohio State parties in the winter. Go Bucks!!!
Stacey Frenton is a Sr. Patient Services Coordinator. Stacey is originally from Newark, Ohio and moved to Nashport, Ohio in 2022. Stacey attended Licking Valley High School and started working at American Ear Hearing & Audiology in 2020. Stacey began working in the hearing industry in 2020 and was drawn to the profession because it was something different than she was used to and sounded interesting. What Stacey loves most about saving hearing lives is seeing a person’s reaction when they can hear things they weren’t able to prior to coming into the clinic. Stacey strives to make sure every patient has a great experience in her everyday work with patients. Outside of saving hearing lives, Stacey loves hanging out at home with her family, riding on the back of her husband’s Harley, and going on walks with her husband.
